Vendor Spotlight: Seeing In Fabric

If you're looking at her work online, you may look at Jamie's art and think, "That's a really great painting..." But then there's just something you can't put your finger on.

Is that sunrise a pattern? Are the buildings made of denim?



As someone who breaks a sewing machine just by looking at it, I am simply in awe of how these pieces come together. The normally utilitarian stitch creates detail and dimension. Patterns are thoughtfully arranged in a manner reminiscent of a Klimt painting. And the urban setting stands defiant against it all.
