Vendor Spotlight: Happy Felties

Mary from Happy Felties shared this video (below) with us, showing us her studio, some of her designs she'll be featuring at Spring Bada-Bing (including some new ones!), and the process of how she makes her colorful little creations.

Here's the blurb that she sent to accompany her video:

My artistic process is very spontaneous! I never pre-plan my designs - I get an idea, pick up a pair of scissors, and start cutting away!! :) (Of course if I like the design, I'll make a felt template so I can use it for future pieces.) From that point, I pretty much let my mood and intuition guide me for color and pattern combinations - the funkier the better! Everything I make is 100% hand-stitched with good ol' fashioned needle and thread. My hands are my only machine. I put my heart and soul into each piece I create, which is why my stuff is SO HAPPY!

I love that all of her work is constructed with 100% Eco-Fi felt - a material made from recycled plastics, and one of those bacon rattles might just be going home with us on April 20th!

Thanks for sharing Mary, and we'll see you at the show.
