June 1 Curated Culture's First Fridays

Curated Culture's First Fridays focuses on the diverse art galleries and creative businesses located in the city's burgeoning Downtown Arts District. The art walk, which now features almost 20 venues and is the last of this season, takes place rain or shine.

Richmond Public Library - Downtown
The second annual Poetry Slam, taking place in Library Park directly behind the Richmond Public Library, will pit poet against poet, competing for cash prizes.

The Camel
Featuring music, bellydance and the art work of The Swap Meet. The Swap Meet is a collaborative experiment involving strangers who swap creative assignments.
